From October 2021 to March 2023, Kate led Saje Natural Wellness' visual identity as Director of Visual Merchandising and Store Design across 75 locations in Canada and the Northwest. Her strategic approach streamlined processes, uniting departments and campaigns for a cohesive brand narrative. She revamped store layouts, infusing design with Saje's essence inviting customers to connect with the brand.
