Karen Heilbronner is a managing and creative director at CA/NL studio and brings her international and luxury experience to the firm. She understands the importance of omni-channel access to brand development and has helped target that shift in consumer shopping engagement over the years.
Working in both lifestyle and luxury retail in North America and Europe, Karen was responsible for launching the first Urban Outfitters stores in the UK, directing store campaigns and product launches with David Yurman, building a team of highly creative lifestyle presentation influencers at Anthropologie and developing interior and window experiences for numerous projects. Her most recent client work was heading up Creative at Boden UK to reimagine the Retail brand identity and store experience.
